Weather Balloon

Weather Balloons are used to obtain different Castform Weather forms.
How to find them
Weather Balloons can rarely be found through Rumbling - they can be found in any of the six basic rumble areas and also while Treasure hunting.
How to use it
Weather Balloon's can only be used on Normal Type Castforms, and will change forms corresponding to the Castform weather on the userbar.
