Derpatung was a special April Fools Pokemon, released on 1/04/14.
A week before April Fools, a RGB 3D Eevee event was distributed to users during the Pokeheroes 3D announcement. On the day of April Fools, when it was revealed that Pokeheroes 3D was a prank, the RGB 3D Eevee was replaced with a Derpatung event.
