Cuddlithe is an Event Pokemon released on 27/Aug/2013 to 01/Sep/2013 through the Event Distribution.

Cuddlithe was then once again obtainable from 01/Aug/2014 to 07/Aug/2014 through the Event Distribution as a Re-Distribution (Summer 2014).

You can buy Cuddlithe from the Event Shop for 2,000 Event Points.
