Teddiursa (Misdreavus) was an Event Pokemon released during the Darktober Event in 2015. Rather than hatched from an egg, it can only be obtained by giving a Teddiursa a Misdreavus Cosplay to hold.

Form
Teddiursa (Misdreavus) is able to change forms. Taking the 
Misdreavus Cosplay from it will revert it back to a normal Teddiursa.
