Zubat is a Pokémon that can be obtained through the Lab.
Zubat was also introduced as a new mega-able Pokémon during Halloween Event 2019, where it had costed 
10,000 for purchase.
It then came with the probability of being mega-able from anywhere obtainable ever since an update on November 30th, 2019.
