Feebas is a Pokémon that can be obtained through the Lab, and fished up on Emera Beach with the use of a Super Rod.
Feebas was also introduced as a new mega-able Pokémon as of the second day of Advent Calendar 2018, where it was a reward. It then came with the probability of being mega-able from anywhere obtainable ever since an update on December 7th, 2018.
