Plusle (Flirty) is one of the two Event Pokemon that was released for the 2017 Valentine's Event.
In order to obtain it, users had to send a Valentine's Cards to three different users by earning Sweet Hearts from Interacting and sending Dream World Plushies. The more Valentine's Cards you sent out, the higher the chance of hatching a Shiny Version of this event you got.
A player would receive an egg with the gender randomly matching one of the users who sent them a Valentine's Card displayed on the sender's profile. If the sender's profile displayed their gender as female, the receiver would obtain a Plusle (Flirty) Egg.
