Giratina is a Legendary Pokémon which can be obtained by completing the Giratina Quest in the Ancient Cave if you have hands on a 
Griseous Orb. Once you complete the Giratina Quest, you will obtain the final summon item, which is the 
Dark Orb.
A single Griseous Orb was obtainable for users during the Halloween Event 2014. After the Halloween Event ended, the orbs were made obtainable from opening Mystery Boxes, as one of the rare, legendary summon items.
