Zekrom is a Legendary Pokémon which can be obtained by completing the Zekrom Quest in the Ancient Cave if you have hands on a 
Zekrom Stone. Once you complete the Zekrom Quest, you will obtain a Zekrom egg.
Dark Stones can be found in Mystery Boxes as one of the rare legendary summon items.
