If you have completed all tasks during the Retro Pikachu Event, and unlocked the Yellow Forest rumble area, Retro Pikachu can still obtainable, but at a lower chance.<br>
On December 3rd 2015 the Shiny Retros have been released. The chance to hatch a Shiny Retro Pikachu is 1/50 (2%), since you can't chain Retros.

Evolution line

Retro Pikachu is an event Pokemon which was released on 22/Jul/2013 to 28/Jul/2013 through the Event Distribution.
