This new Mega Pokémon has been created by our member siqko in our previous Mega spriting contest. This is the second winning submission.

Hello, hello! My name is Newton N. Meowth the Second! I'm the founder and owner of the traveling Fun Fair.
Visitors come to our annual festivities to spend some time (and money) on various booths and minigames.
