Evolution
Jolly Jr. and Sad Jr. and fuse and undergo evolution into Mr. Moody when they are both the same gender, in your party, and at least level 20.
This can be done by clicking on either Jolly Jr. or Sad Jr.'s Summary page.
In order to fuse a shiny Mr. Moody—only one of either Jolly Jr. or Sad Jr. has to be a shiny.
