A Light Stone is an item which is needed to start and complete the Reshiram Quest in the Ancient Cave.
How to obtain it
You can find a Light Stone by opening Mystery Boxes.
How to use it
Once you are in possession of a Light Stone, you will need to go to the Ancient Cave to begin the Reshiram Quest, where you need to answer a question and then help a wounded Pokemon.
Once you have completed the tasks, you will be given a Reshiram egg.
