A Lava Cookie is a key item with currently no use - other than to proceed to the other half of the ORAS Event.
How to obtain it
You can obtain a Lava Cookie from the Route 102 rumbling area.
How to use it
Lava Cookies currently have no use, but are needed to proceed to the other half of the ORAS Event.
