Jade Orbs are Quest items, for summon The legendary Pokémon Raylóng, at the Ancient Cave, you can only have 7 in your inventory at time.
They are hidden carefully in the whole town - and you can only find them after clearing very difficult quests.
They CANNOT be traded because they're Key Items.
