The Emera Fountain is accessible since January 10th 2018.
You can reach it by going into "Town" where you find an artwort of all locations in Town. By clicking on the fountain on the image you go to the Emera Fountain. Every day, you can throw a 100 PokéDollar coin into the fountain and try your luck with triggering different events for the day.
