Cresselia is a Legendary Pokémon which can be summoned with a Yellow Lunar Wing at the Ancient Cave. You can receive a Yellow Lunar Wing if you beat Cresselia in the Boss Battle at the Full Moon Island rumble area.
Hatching a Cresselia egg will count towards your shiny chain.
