Raylóng is a special Asian Week event Pokemon which was obtainable on 01/02/14 to 09/02/14.
As from 22/Aug/14, Raylóng was made obtainable through a permanent quest in the Ancient Cave. Users need to collect 7 Jade Orbs in order to summon Raylóng. These Jade Orbs are hidden carefully around the site, and you have to solve very difficult tasks in order to get all of them.
