Necrozma was released during PokéHeroes 10th anniversary.
Necrozma is a Legendary Pokémon which can be obtained by completing the Necrozma Quest in the Ancient Cave if you have hand on an 
Old Vinyl. Once you complete the Necrozma Quest, you will obtain a Necrozma Egg.
Old Vinyls can be found at the Game Center.

Necrozma does NOT evolve.
Form Change

After this fusion, you can fuse it again with yet another Solgaleo/Lunala (the species you hadn't used in the first fusion) for its Ultra form.
