Mewtwo is a Legendary Pokemon that was obtainable through Speed Click events and from Chat quizzes on the Herochat
As from 28/Aug/2014, Mewtwo was made fully obtainable for everyone. Mewtwo X can be obtained by Prof. Rowan after completing your Kanto Dex, and Mewtwo Y can be obtained after completing your Johto Dex.
