Gimmighoul's Treasure Hunt
The rare Pokémon Gimmighoul has been spotted in Emera Town! ... But where exactly? At the Lab? At the Auction House? In your Item Bag? Or even in your account settings?
Gimmighoul is a Pokemon that was available from the 29th of March to the 11th of April 2024. This event distribution replaced the Easter Event 2023, but kept the ongoing task of having to play detective around the site to obtain the event. The similarities to the Easter Egg Hunt are notable, however the key difference is you could only find one Gimmighoul per day and its location changed randomly.

Obtaining Gimmighoul
For trainers who wanted a Gimmighoul of their own, they had to visit various places on site to see if one was hiding somewhere. Once finding and clicking on a Gimmighoul on a page the egg would be added to your party. If you had a full party Gimmighoul would wait and still be available to claim once you had the necessary space to accomodate it.
Gimmicoins
This event also introduced Gimmicoins 
, an item that could be collected via hatching a certain species of Pokémon. The amount of Gimmicoins you recieved depended on where you found the egg. This item can be used to evolve Gimmighoul into its chest form with 99 and then Gholdengo with 999 .
