A Submarine Volcano (Map) is an item which will unlock the Submarine Volcano rumble area. This special rumble area can only be explored by a Water type Pokémon.
How to obtain it
You can obtain a Submarine Volcano Map by exchanging 5 Bottled Messages for a map with Leah the Mermaid at the Emera Beach.
How to use it
If you have the Submarine Volcano Map in your item bag, you will be able to send a Water type Pokémon to a special rumble area.
By sending out a Water type Pokémon to explore this rumble area, it will battle Volcanion. If your Pokémon wins the battle, it will return with a Frozen Lava. If it loses, it will return with the map, allowing you to re-send the Pokémon to the area.
