Shell Bells can be used to change Meloetta from Aria to Pirouette Form.
How to find them
Shell Bells can be purchased from Emera Square for 2,000 Festival Points.
How to use it
Go to the Item Bag and give a Meloetta the item to hold and it will change its form. If the item is removed, it will go back to its original Form.
