A Rusted Sword is a form-change item that allows Zacian to transform into Zacian (Crowned Sword).
How to obtain
It could be obtained from Advent Calendar 2019 by opening up at least 24 doors. It was also available during 2020's Black Friday sale from Black Friday Boxes.
How to use it
By giving Zacian it as an item to hold.
