Regidrago is a Legendary Pokémon which can be found in the Royal Tunnel after completing the Split-Decision Path. The Split-Decision Path has only 250 levels, and costs 
5,000 to play.
Split-Decision Path can only be obtained once from the Split-Decision Path. It can then be obtainable randomly from the Endless Path.
Hatching a Regidrago egg will not count towards your Shiny Chain. You can obtain a Shiny Regidrago Egg by completing 1000 levels in the Endless path, though you have an equal chance of obtaining one of the other Shiny Regi-Eggs you found int he other Paths as well.
