Prison Bottle can be used to change Hoopa from its Normal Form to its Unbound Form.
How to find them
Prison Bottle can be found at the Emera Beach by fishing one out of the ocean.
How to use it
The Prison Bottle can be used to change Hoopa into its Unbound Form. This can be done by giving a Hoopa the item to hold and it will change forms. If the item is removed from the Hoopa, it will revert to its Normal Form.
