Darkrai is a Legendary Pokémon which can be summoned with a Red Lunar Wing at the Ancient Cave. You can receive a Red Lunar Wing if you beat Darkrai in the Boss Battle at the New Moon Island rumble area.
Hatching a Darkrai egg will count towards your shiny chain.
