Azelf is a Legendary Pokémon which can be won as a voucher at the Golden Slot, by playing in the Legend Mode. An 
Azelf Egg Voucher can be redeemed in the Game Center prize exchange.
Hatching an Azelf Egg will not count towards your shiny chain.
